Fidelity Life Association Moves Offices to Chicago

OAK BROOK, IL — November 2011 — Fidelity Life Association will be moving offices from Oak Brook, IL and Rolling Meadows, IL to Chicago, IL.

The first day of business at the new location, 8700 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., Ste. 900S, Chicago, Illinois 60631, is scheduled for November 21, 2011. The move stems from Fidelity Life Association’s continued growth and desire to consolidate its offices into one central location. The new location includes more office and meeting space.
