I hope this issue of Fidelity Life Connections finds you well and enjoying a colorful spring. We are certainly glad to see the weather has changed after a winter which didn't seem to want to end.

With this issue we are pleased to announce the opening of our dedicated Sales Support Call Center. Staffed with you in mind, the Sales Support Call Center is your one-stop for all questions about Fidelity Life. Our Director of Operations Julie Anderson provides you the details.

New FLA Sales Support Call Center Answers Agents Fast!

You know how frustrating it is to call a company and be put on hold or get an auto attendant that offers every option but the one you need. "That's why we answer agent calls in person and try to respond to questions immediately — or within 24 hours at the latest," says Julie Anderson, director of operations for Fidelity Life Association.

"Agents often have several questions involving different departments. We are training our team to be able to answer questions without transferring callers around the organization, which can be time consuming and, ultimately, very frustrating for the agent," says Anderson. "We want to ensure that even if a team member doesn't have the answer they know where to get it. We also expect team members to take personal responsibility for getting back to agents as quickly as possible, either by phone or email, whichever the agent prefers."

To design a training program for team members, Anderson surveyed Fidelity Life departments to compile a list of most common questions. "They ranged from fairly simple requests like where to get supplies or forms to more complicated questions about policies and commissions. We don't expect team members to become experts in everything but we want them to have a good, general sense of how the company operates and where they can find the expertise needed to make sure agents receive a timely and accurate response," she said.

"We get over 200 calls and emails a day," says Anderson. "That's a good thing, because it shows how popular Fidelity Life Association has become. So we're always happy when the phone rings. It means business is good!"

Fidelity Life's Popular Graded Death Benefit Plan Now Available in 20 and 30-year Terms

In response to agent demand, we are pleased to announce that our popular Graded Death Benefit product is now available in 20 and 30-year terms. This is in addition to our original 10-year term and whole life options.

Designed for people with health issues who have been declined for traditional coverage, our Graded Death Benefit plan requires no medical exam, blood or urine test. Customers simply answer a few health questions and our revolutionary Rapid Decision underwriting and approval process will approve coverage within 24-48 hours.

Coverage is available from ages 20-70 up to $250,000 depending on age. Partial coverage is provided in years one and two with full coverage beginning in year three. Full benefits are paid immediately for accidental death and an Accelerated Death Benefit is provided at no additional cost.
